Prohibited Uses of Our Virtual Office Services:
1. Travel agencies, tour operators, reservation services, financial institutions, or any other regulated entities requiring a physical office.
2. Businesses not registered in Singapore.
3. Personal or individual mail.
4. Using the virtual address as an operating, residential, or place-of-business address, including for:

Terms of Use for Mail Scanning Services
1. Eligibility & Packages
Unlimited mail scanning is available only with the Mail Scanning Package and VIP Package, and is subject to our fair use policy.
2. Excluded Items
We do not open or scan items such as books, booklets, magazines, bank cards, or similar materials. These items must be either collected in person or forwarded upon request (VIP members only).
3. Pay-Per-Scan Service
For Economy and Business packages, mail scanning is available at S$5 per letter.
4. Storage Period for Self-Collection
All scanned mail will be stored for a maximum of 14 days for self-collection at our office.
5. Mail Forwarding (VIP Only)
VIP members may request that scanned mail be forwarded to their designated address. Forwarding charges apply.
6. Disposal of Uncollected Mail
Any scanned mail not collected within 14 days will be securely shredded without further notice.

Charges include S$5 service fee + actual courier fees for sending mail to overseas addresses.
